3. User Conduct and Content Policy

You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, and content (collectively, “Content”) that you submit, post, and display on the Peekio service.

No Tolerance for Objectionable Content or Abusive Users:

Peekio is an anonymous community built on trust and safety. We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. You agree not to post, transmit, or share Content that:

• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or suggestive.
• Promotes violence, self-harm, or is graphic in nature.
• Constitutes hate speech, or is threatening, defamatory, or harassing.
• Promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
• Violates any applicable law or regulation.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate action from our moderation team, which may include removal of the offending content and permanent termination of your access to the Service without notice. We reserve the right to report any illegal activities to law enforcement authorities.
